Lifestyle Christianity History

2004

A Life Transformed

Todd White was a drug addict and an atheist for 22 years. He was at the point of suicide when God came into his life and set him free. This radical salvation marked the beginning of a transformed life — one that would ignite a global movement.

2006

Everyday Gospel

As a brand-new believer, Todd began living out the simplicity of the Gospel of the Kingdom in everyday life. People were being healed and set free at grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants.

2008

Equipping Believers Nationwide

Power and Love Ministries launched with a passion to see believers walk in their God-given identity and reach the lost for Jesus. Todd became a regular speaker at training and equipping events across the country.

2014

Birth of Lifestyle Christianity

Ten years after his salvation, Todd followed the Lord's directive to pioneer Lifestyle Christianity — a ministry committed to equipping people to share Christ's love daily as they encounter Jesus and walk in freedom.

2015

Strategic Relocation

God spoke to Todd to relocate his family to Dallas, Texas, with a promise to put a team around him for multiplied Kingdom impact. This obedience would unlock a new chapter of expansion.

January 2016

Uniting the Vision

Todd and Jackie White relocated their family and Lifestyle Christianity headquarters to Dallas-Fort Worth. Power and Love Ministries officially merged with Lifestyle Christianity, uniting two evangelistic ministries under one vision.

May 2016

Vision for a Training Hub

Todd received a prophetic word about land with multiple buildings that would be coming soon. It was a direct confirmation of God's desire to create an international hub to train "people to impact people" with the love and power of God.

2017

Campus Purchased

After prayer and seeking the Lord's timing, Lifestyle Christianity acquired its campus with the help of generous donors and Kingdom-minded partners. The prophetic word came into reality — land and buildings now dedicated to training and sending laborers into the harvest.

2018

Launching Lifestyle Christianity University

Lifestyle Christianity University (LCU) officially launched — a ministry school focused on identity and discipleship training. LCU began training students to encounter Jesus, walk in freedom through righteousness, and live the lifestyle Jesus paid for on the Cross.

2019

Expanding Locally & Globally

Encounter Nights were established to equip local believers. In March 2019, Lifestyle Christianity expanded globally with the debut of Lifestyle Christianity Brazil, hosting numerous Power and Love events and training students through LCU Brazil Online.

2020

Increase in Local & Global Reach

LCU Online was launched, multiplying the ministry school's reach by enabling students from around the world to train with Lifestyle Christianity. The ministry also initiated a local church congregational expression, gathering weekly from Fall 2020 through January 2022.

2024

Growth and Acceleration

LCU experienced extraordinary growth with the on-campus ministry school growing by 62% and LCU Online enrollment increasing by nearly 140%. These numbers reflected a global hunger for discipleship, bold faith, and authentic gospel living.

2025

Multiplication Season

A powerful season of multiplication unfolded with Power and Love hosting nearly 20 transformative events across the United States. Embers home discipleship groups, the Three Month Intensive program, and the Ekballō Gala were launched, with 385 Kingdom-minded partners fully funding a $960,000 project by May 2025.

Todd White was a drug addict and an atheist for 22 years. He was at the point of suicide when God came into his life and set him free. This radical salvation marked the beginning of a transformed life — one that would ignite a global movement.

As a brand-new believer, Todd began living out the simplicity of the Gospel of the Kingdom in everyday life. People were being healed and set free at grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants. Soon, he was invited to share in house churches and with his local congregation — always testifying of Jesus and passionately calling believers to fully walk in their identity as sons and daughters of God.

Power and Love Ministries launched with a passion to see believers walk in their God-given identity and reach the lost for Jesus. Todd consistently participated in Power and Love, would often share testimonies, and soon became a regular speaker at Power and Love training and equipping events across the country.
